Our Spaces
The Kooringal Hotel is sure to cater to your every unique function need. We are the perfect venue for your next special occasion whether it is a birthday, school reunion, business event, work or social Christmas party, engagement party, or a wake; we cater for all. In fact, we have a variety of areas providing a choice of atmosphere within our venue and with our experience, we'll ensure that you and your guests will have a positively memorable event. Our expansive and flexible menu options are designed to suit everyone's palate and our friendly staff will do all the hard work so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special occasion.
We have five unique function areas that can cater for large groups of up to two hundred and fifty people in our Grand Room, and our laid back Cabana areas are perfect for smaller gatherings of up to fifty people and we have a great kids play area.
All rooms are fully equipped with Plasma TV's and our inbuilt music system boasts over 10,000 songs drawn from all genres that mix the greatest of old favourites and new hits.
We also offer a fantastic range of food and beverage packages to suit all budgets. All function areas are available for hire seven days a week (excluding Christmas day).
Our newly appointed Head Chef, Ryan Dedini has over 16 years experience. As a Wagga local, Ryan started his apprenticeship locally and then moved to Canberra to work in fine dining and Hatted restaurants. Ryan most recently has won awards with his previous businesses such as “Thyme Out”. Ryan has worked with renowned chefs such as Matt Moran and Stephanie Alexander. His menu and catering abilities will surely impress you and your guests.

GRAND ROOM
(Side Bar Room and Alfresco Room combined)
The Grand Room is our premier function room and can cater for large gatherings of up to 250 people. Situated in a private area, the space offers secluded access to its own bar with staff members dedicated to your every need. Equipped with underfloor heating, ducted air-conditioning, alfresco windows, retractable blinds, and misting fans; the Grand Room is ideal for all kinds of weather. It is the perfect space for canape style functions, formal sit-down meals, and casual grazing events.

FUNCTION ROOM
The Function room is the number one choice for all events. The space allows for groups of 50-100 people to comfortably mingle without exterior foot traffic. It is suitable for seated or standing cocktail functions, presentations, trivia nights and all other kinds of celebrations. The room is perfect for decorating and can be rearranged into multiple layouts.

BEER GARDEN
Our Beer Garden is situated just outside the main bar area and is connected to our Function Room. This room is ideal for gatherings up to 100 people. Featuring a gas fireplace, high top bar tables, an alfresco roof and two TVs; the beer garden creates a relaxing atmosphere for you and your guests.

KIDS PLAYGROUND
Enjoy alfresco dining whilst still being in view of your little ones on the adjacent children’s play equipment. It is the perfect space for kids’ birthday parties, family gatherings, and friendly get-togethers. with msiting fans, a retractable roof, blinds, nd picnic tables; it is a great location for all parties.

CABANAS
We have 4 Cabanas created specifically for smaller gatherings. The curtains allow for privacy and are equipped with all functions in mind. Our Cabanas are located next to the dining room with access to the main bar and bistro bar. Each cabana has an in-built ice bucket to keep your drinks chilled while you escape the world in your own private island.
